Chairman of NDR Group

Shri Naidu Adikesavulu Reddy is a serial entrepreneur from the young age of 20 years. He possesses more than 4 decades of successful experience in the Indian logistics domain. Shri Reddy wants to see Indian products - the ones made in India and Indian agri-produce - become highly competitive globally. With India's edge on technical prowess and modest manpower cost, it is the cost of logistics that pushes the cost up for Indian products and produce.

So the Chairman of NDR Group is always driving his company to look for transformational steps to optimize the logistics cost and reach global scale logistics efficiency. He firmly believes that the government initiatives like Make in India; double the farmers' income by 2022; enhance India's share of global trade to 5% by 2025; and finally make India a USD 5 trillion economy by 2025 are all possible by creating International Trading Hubs within India. It is this firm belief that has led him and his company to invest in FTWZs across India.

The Chairman of NDR Group has been a bold visionary throughout his career. He has many firsts to his credit. He created India's 1st private sector custom bonded warehouse in Chennai way back in 1996. Shri Reddy was one of the pioneers in PPP (Public Private Partnership) in India and joined hands with KRISHCO in 2008 and started commercial operation in 2011. He was one of the first to predict the e-commerce boom in India and launched express logistics company Delex in 2009 which is a sizeable player in Indian e-commerce logistics. The Chairman of NDR Group also launched India's 1st private rail terminal in Hyderabad in 2011. And now he is one of the 1st entrepreneurs leading the Indian charge for international trading hubs and free zones.

Shri Reddy is invited as a regular speaker in Indian and global conferences on logistics and related topics. His inputs and guidance are regularly sought by federal and state governments in India and abroad and by professional bodies and chambers of commerce.
